As a web design and marketing professional, my responsibilities have included:

  • Creating and designing product pages, landing pages, and the homepage for a new eCommerce website on Shopify Plus to ensure an attractive and user-friendly environment

  • Desiging graphic materials for marketing campaigns using Canva and Indesign to support the brand's messaging and promotions

  • Coordinating with a web developer and graphic designers for email marketing and website materials to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image

  • Identifying, diagnosing, and fixing website problems on WordPress to maintain website functionality and ensure a positive user experience

  • A/B testing email campaigns in Klaviyo and creating flows to improve customer engagement and increase open rates

  • Achieving a 16% increase in open rate through effective A/B testing and email campaign optimization

I have gained skills in web design, graphic design, email marketing, website maintenance, and A/B testing. My dedication to user experience and effective marketing strategies has led to increased engagement and conversions.

Through this internship, I gained expertise in social media marketing, content creation, growth strategies, and campaign development. My ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies has contributed to increased brand visibility and engagement.

In my role as a customer service professional, I have brightened the lives of the company's eCommerce and wholesale customers through outstanding customer service. My responsibilities have included:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and issues via email in a timely and effective manner

  • Processing exchanges and returns to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Collaborating with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely delivery and excellent condition of orders using ShipStation

  • Managing the customer loyalty program and developing and organizing a customer support structure to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Monitoring inventory across various platforms such as Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair, and Faire to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels

As a specialist in women's apparel for woven tops and jackets, my responsibilities include:

  • Entering purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner

  • Communicating and negotiating with vendors to build positive, long-term relationships

  • Collaborating with other Assistant Buyers to merchandise store floor sets based on assortment and trends

Through the course, I gained proficiency in using a coding editor and GitHub, enabling me to develop web applications with ease. The curriculum covered the basics of HTML, styling with CSS, the workings of JavaScript, and popular coding technologies, equipping me with a thorough understanding of the essentials of coding. Moreover, the course provided me with the skills to improve communication with developers and engineers, enabling me to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

  • This certification showcases my proficiency in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) through the completion of BrainStation's SEO course. The course provided a comprehensive foundation in digital marketing and how to leverage SEO tools, marketing techniques, search engines, and paid search advertising to effectively engage and grow online audiences.

    I learned how to conduct keyword research, perform competitive analysis, and develop a strong content marketing strategy to improve website content ranking and impact organic search results on major search engines.
